Limitations and Liability
The purchaser and any end user hereby waive any claim against Modern House Numbers LLC for direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, compensatory, consequential, or incidental damages, including but without limitation, lost profits, inconvenience, injury or death, damage to structures, vehicles, or persons, as well as business interruption which may result from your purchase and/or use of the products.
Modern House Numbers LLC makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Modern House Numbers LLC makes no other warranty, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. Purchaser and end user agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern House Numbers LLC from all claims, demands, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by third parties against Modern House Numbers LLC relating to purchaser and end user’s use of the products, and to pay any costs and expenses incurred by Modern House Numbers LLC to enforce said purchaser and end user’s obligations, including, without limitation, the costs of collection for any unpaid amounts owed to Modern House Numbers LLC by Purchaser and/or end user.
Modern House Numbers LLC does not offer installation on any of its products. As such, we offer no warranty on the installation by purchaser, end user, or by any other party of same. Any damage to the product, facility, structure, or injury/death related to installation is not the responsibility of Modern House Numbers, LLC.
This warranty will be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If any portion of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such a finding will not invalidate any other provision.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We have high standards for our products. We personally inspect each item before we ship it to you. Upon arrival, please check your items thoroughly. Keep all original packing materials. If you have a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us via email at orders@modernhousenumbers.com within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we’ll be sure and get back to you within 24 hours or the next business day. If you are not happy, we’re not happy. We’ll make it right.
Changes and Order Cancellation
Because our products are made-to-order, we are unable to make any modifications or cancel your order once it begins production. It is very important to double check your order carefully prior to purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours at orders@modernhousenumbers.com. We’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Caring For Your Product
How do I care for my Modern House Numbers?
All of our products are manufactured for indoor or outdoor applications. Our aluminum products are treated with a weatherproof clear satin top coat that protects from UV, salt air, and other environmental corrosives. The life expectancy of powder coated products is much longer than painted products as these are more resistant to chipping, scratching, chemicals, fading, and general wear and tear. Our decals are made out of weatherproof exterior sign quality vinyl.
The effects of ultraviolet light, pollution, dirt, grime, and salt deposits can accumulate on any surface, including your Modern House Number products, over time. Regular maintenance should be implemented to ensure the removal of any residue and extend the effective life of your products. As a general rule, cleaning should take place every six months (every three months in coastal or industrial regions).
To clean the product surface:
- Carefully remove any loose deposits with a wet sponge.
- Use a soft cloth and a mild household detergent solution to remove dust, salt, and other deposits (i.e. mild dish detergent).
- Rinse off with clean fresh water.

What can I do if my order says "Delivered" but I can't locate it?
We know how frustrating a ‘Delivered’ but missing package can be! Once a package leaves our shop and the status is confirmed as ‘Delivered’ by the shipping carrier, the recipient of the packages is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to locate your package. In the case your package is missing, lost, or stolen the recipient is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and filing a claim. We will do our best to help, however we are not liable once the package is given to the shipping vendor.
We recommend these steps:
- Check unusual delivery locations, such as under plants behind pots, etc.
- Locate the email with the shipping and tracking information for your order, and make note of both the carrier and tracking number.
- Contact the carrier online or via phone. For orders shipped via USPS: USPS Missing Package
- Provide your tracking number to search and file a claim for your missing package.
Returns & Exchanges
Our products are made-to-order, just for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please check your order carefully prior to purchase.
