2. Durable, exposed materials.
Our contemporary style integrates durable materials and hardware that can be exposed, with little to no maintenance. We use sustainable materials and suppliers whenever possible, including fast-growth timber and products with recycled content.
Our team has been using numbers, letters and plaques from Modern House Numbers for about ten years now. We like that their products are made from recycled aluminum. We appreciate that everything they make is created by their family-run company, just like ours, right here in the USA.

3. Bold contrast.
The use of contrast is a consistent design element in all our projects. We use color and materials to create visual interest, especially at the entry. Our favorite greeting includes a bold, modern color and our signature 'SoCal' address numbers from MHN. These eye-catching exterior details really help our projects stand apart.
