Are your products sustainable?
From the beginning our business model was focused on creating sustainable
(green) products. We use high technology tools to create responsibly manufactured
products. The house numbers are created from recycled aluminum. We use Water Jet
machinery to cut the numbers because it requires low energy, little to no pollutants,
and it optimizes material efficiency.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to process & ship your order. Please remember to
not include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time
for your shipment.
How will my product be shipped?
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service via Flat Rate
Box Shipping. For faster shipping options please e-mail us and we will be happy
to help meet your needs.
Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases?
Arizona residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order.
If you are not an Arizona resident, you are expected to comply with your state's
current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
How do you insure my credit card information is secure?
MODERN HOUSE NUMBERS is committed to
protecting the privacy of our customers and to providing a secure and safe
shopping experience. Maintaining the security of your personal information
is extremely important to us. Order information is encrypted though a PayPal
transmission. Off-line information is also protected and is accessible only
to those authorized personnel for whom it is necessary to access such information.
Can I return my order?
All purchases are final and non-returnable.
What if my product was damaged in the mail?
MODERN HOUSE NUMBERS must be informed
within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim.
Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
Do you accept international orders?
International orders are currently available for Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, France & Australia.
Please contact us directly to ship to a location elsewhere.
Please keep in mind that there might be additional customs taxes, duties, and/or brokerage
fees imposed by your government or customs clearing agencies.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
After you place the order with Paypal you will be directed to a confirmation page that will inform
you of a successful transaction. A confirmation of your order is also emailed to you & includes
your purchase information with order number. Once the order leaves our warehouse an email with
a tracking number will be sent to you.
Can I track my order?
Once we ship your order from our warehouse a tracking number will be emailed to you. By using
the USPS website you are able to see the exact whereabouts of a package.
What if I want to make a change after I placed my order?
Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled or altered if they have been
sent to our warehouse. There is a small window of time that allows for alterations.

Can I order a custom product (different font styles, sizes
or materials)?
Yes, we have the ability to create house numbers out of any font style, material
choice or size. We enjoy working with creative homeowners, designers, architects,
property managers, and builders to create custom digits for their home, multi-family

What if my address includes a letter, symbol or punctuation
mark?
In addition to the 10 digits, we also carry the entire A-Z alphabet, many
symbols and punctuation marks in all sizes. Please contact us directly to

Do you have bulk discount rate?
Yes, we have a different price structure for large orders; please contact

Is there a finish on the aluminum house numbers?
We apply a weatherproof clear satin topcoat, which protects the aluminum.
What house number size would you recommend?
The average size we sell is 6 inches.
How do I install the products I have purchased?

What home building materials can the house numbers be installed onto?
We have never found a material the numbers could not be installed onto. However,
typical installations include: wood siding, stucco, masonry, and concrete.
How does the mailbox numbers adhere to the mailbox?
The mailbox numbers are made out of weatherproof exterior sign quality vinyl with an adhesive backing.
Simply peel the back film off of the vinyl and apply to a clean surface.
Does the curb stencil include spray paint?
No, we are not able to mail aerosol paint though the USPS. Spray paint is
available at any home improvement or paint store.
Does the house number include epoxy?
No, we are not able to mail epoxy though the USPS. Epoxy is available at any
home improvement store.
